We do not accept returns on any products once delivered due to hygiene and fragrance safety reasons.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product received is damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Order is lost during transit

Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Opened or used products
- Incorrect address provided by customer
