Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once delivered due to hygiene and fragrance safety reasons.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Order is lost during transit

To request support, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.

  • Opened or used products
